Towards unifying all efforts to support Palestinian Appeal to the United Nations to recognize the Palestinian state and Palestinians Right to Self Determination “Statehood Appeal”

Palestinians currently, represented by Palestinian Liberation Organization- PLO as the exclusive legal representative of all Palestinians, are involved in a significant diplomatic battle to get the United Nations’ recognition of a Palestinian Independent state on the June 4^th borders with Jerusalem as its capital “Statehood Appeal”.

Through our battle, we seek recruiting the support of all the international groups and powers that believe in the just peace and Palestinians legal right to bolster our appeal to recognize our state on our land. We approach the United Nations backed with the friends, states, and nations who believe in the Palestinians incontestable right to have independent state. As PWWSD, we consider the appeal as a step within the national struggle for our national indivisible rights that were confiscated by the occupation state of Israel through over the previous decades in clear violation of the international humanitarian law and covenants. Israel is still practicing daily crimes against Palestinians and their land in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Jerusalem in clear negligence of the international will and the justice and legal humanitarian principles.

To all Palestinian women, men, and youth we say that we are approaching a critical step in the history of our struggle within the Palestinian, Arab, and international activeness to recognize Palestinians rights. There is no contradiction between the statehood and the refugees’ right to return as we approach the United Nations on the base of United Nations’ resolutions, especially the resolutions 181 as well as resolution number 194, which recognized Palestinian refugees’ right to return to their home localities from which they were uprooted and compensate them. We emphasize here that the United Nations’ recognition of Israel as a state was conditioned from day one by the Israeli implementation of the two mentioned resolutions. 

                                                        

We declare here that we support the PLO in its diplomatic struggle to achieve victory and recognition of the Palestinian state. we call upon all Palestinians to participate in the popular activities designed to support the Palestinian position and to form a popular supportive frame of the appeal to lobby all the world to recognize our rights.

All are invited to buttress the national right through sharpening efforts to get recognition of our legal right to independent state through peaceful and diplomatic struggle. It is time for all of us to make use of our relations and networking in order to recruit the support for the appeal. Your participation as individuals represents a national and moral winch for our right and a mass national umbrella to voice our right for an independent state.

We call upon all of you, wherever you are, in order to interact with the appeal and participate in the various activities to contribute in designing the historical event.

We highly appreciate the international and Arabic solidarity campaigns with Palestinians and the initiatives to isolate and boycott Israel as occupying state.
